The project offers 2 and 3 bhk but what is the area of the apartments. How many units are planned and I think they have changed the possession date. Please update.

The area for 2 bhk apartment ranges from 1230 sqft to 1295 sqft and for 3 bhk apartments the area ranges from 1550 sqft to 1650 sqft. There will be 78 units and the expected possession date of the project is by end of this year.

As far as I know the project offers all kind of modern amenities such as Multipurpose Hall, Well Equipped Gym, Jogging Track, In Door & Out Door Children's Play Area, Landscape Garden, Rain Water Harvesting, Drinking Water Provision, Space For Laundry, Water Treatment Plant and much more.

Hospitals such as Manipal Hospital, RC Hospital and BGS Super Speciality Hospital within the radius of 8km. Some of the reputed educational institutes within the radius of 3 km are National Hill View Public School, Swargarani School & PU College and Little Millennium. Colleges such as RNS Institute of Technology and Kamal Deep College of Nursing.

@Srinivas : The units such as 2bhk and 3bhk are available. The price for 2bhk will be around Rs 55 lakhs for 1250 sq ft and for 3bhk it will be around Rs 71 lakhs for 1650 sq ft.
