How many units will be there and when is the project getting completed? What all amenities are provided?

There will be a total of 392 units. The project offers amenities such as swimming pool, jogging track, table tennis, library, community hall, gym, play area, tennis court and basket ball court.

The project is expected to get completed by March 2018.

Is it a BBMP approved? Which all banks are providing home loan for this project?

As far as I know it is a BBMP approved project and financial institutions like State Bank of India, HDFC, Axis, ICICI, Punjab National Bank, LIC Housing Finance and Standard Chartered Bank are providing home loan for this project.

Currently they are charging Rs 98.39 lakhs, Do you think it is worth buying a 3 bhk for this much price?

Can anyone provide me some of the advantages and disadvantages of Bellandur?

Bellandur is an important locality settled towards South-East of Bangalore. The region is highly known for the Bellandur Lake which is the largest lake in the Bangalore.

Advantages: The area is well developed and it is good for end use. The area is very close to offices like Prestige Teck Park, Insoft Technologies and many other business parks. Balladur is easily assessable by Sarjapur road, Outer Ring Road and Yemalur road. New Horizon Gurukul, Gear Innovative, Delhi Public School, Vibgjyor High International School which are some of the reputed schools within a radius of 5kms to 6 kms. You have nearby hospitals like: Dr. Levine Memorial Hospital, Yashomati Hospital, New Akshay Mallya Hospital, Dr. Sunny Medical Centre which are with 4kms to 5 kms radius.US Pizza, Grills and Gravy, Chatoree, Posh Palates, Palki's, Punjabi Times and Bakasur are some of the good restaurants in Bellandur.

Disadvantages:
a) Proper road are not there
b) During the peak time you can face traffic
c) Airport is very far from Bellandur
d) Encroachments problem is there
e) Mosquitoes are there

As a whole the area is good for staying and end use. :)

I tend to disagree as i know few friends who have bought from Sterling Builders and still suffering.One of friends project Sterling Shalom in Whitefield was supposed to be handed over in May 2013.Now almost a year has passed and still no signs of getting it done.My friend was saying the builder is very unprofessional and does not keep to his words and still not giving the dates when they will give the apartment.

Initially they will speak and appear very friendly but after getting about 80% of the apartment money they delay the projects usually by more than 2 years.My friend is frustrated with such unprofessional behaviour from this builder.So just a word of caution when you invest such a huge amount with this builder.

They have not decided the date but they will be launching it soon. Sterling ascentia certainly provides the best of 2BHK 3BHK at 1591 sq ft, 1885 sq ft and 2015 sq ft respectively offering you a wide range of luxury.

The price of the apartment starts from Rs.93.87 Lacs ( Basic Price Inclusive of Car Park , Other Charges and Taxes extra) All the necessary approvals are under process
