Will it be a good idea to invest in Chandapur Anekal Belt? What type of developments are happening in and around this belt? Any suggestion will be helpful.

I think it is a good option to invest in Chandapura Anekal belt and after few months you can expect appreciation as Phase II of Bangalore Metro has already got Chandapura circle included in the rail network proposed and is expected that Anekal will be included in Phase III.

What is the price of a plot in Upkar Spring Fields and Sahasthra Celestial? What is the price trend going on in Chandrapura?

The price of the plots in Sahasthra Celestial ranges from rs 12 lakhs to Rs 24 lakhs.

In Upkar Spring Fields the price of the plots ranges from Rs 16 lakhs to rs 56 lakhs.

The locality price appreciated to Rs 3180 per sq. ft

Triangle Garden City is located at KHB City, Chandapura, Anekal Circle, Bangalore. The projects offers plots with different sizes ranging from 1200 sqft to 2400 sqft and the project is known to be approved by BMRDA.
