i know it is a late reply to the post but still to warn you dont buy any flats from shri tirupati group they have faced many legal problems and not one project is being completed.i had booked flat in 2013 cancelled my flat last year 2016 and still running around for my refund in 2017 .he says they dont have money so dont buy any flats from them
Came to know that the slum present will be relocated to different area and the area will go under redevelopment. So you can be rest assured that the builder has taken all permission from slum clearance board. As such there is no major water crisis in this locality since the area is covered under TMC, it has sufficient water supply all round the day.
If I book a flat at Shree Tirupati Marigold, is the locality good for living under present circumstances since I heard that the locality is facing water crisis and there is a large slum adjacent to the project?? Will it pose any problem in future. Plz do let me know

Shree Tirupati Marigold is one of the ongoing projects developed by Tirupati Group which is located at Dhokali, Kolshet Road in Thane west. It has 2 and 3 BHK apartments and they are charging Rs 7950 per sqft. The cost for 2 BHK is Rs. 80 lakh onwards and for 3 BHK it comes to approx 1.6 crore. Heard from executive that completion will be around June 2017.
