Anyone please comment on the builder reliability and past projects done by them?

I think it is a good buy as the price they are quoting Rs 2490 is quite affordable where as the price trends in the locality going on is Rs 4380

Sarjapur road is the most fast-moving and affordable micro-market that has a lot of takers. But I have not seem much appreciation in the property price. Sarjapur is good for end use as well as long term investment purpose.

Yeah they have recently launched the project at Sarjapur- Attibele in the IT corridor of Hi-Tech city, Water crisis is now everywhere in Bangalore City. How many bedroom flat are you planning to buy?

The builder is quoting 2490 per sqft rate. Is it a good buy? What is the rate of appreciation recorded in this area in past years.

They have launched the two months back and the expected possession date of the project is within 18 months from now. BBMP and banks like HDFC and ICICI has approved the project
