yes, we have got the OC. After OC, CC does make any sense as its given when construction is started. Not sure which NOC you are talking about. Its A khata only. We have not seen any legal issue yet. Also, Owners are transferring the Khata on their name. Btw this is for DSR white Waters Phase I, dont have idea about Phase II.
Hi, please don't buy..lot of parking issues. I m repenting after buying flat here. The builder and management is very rude and will not help you in any issue. Lot of internet provider issues too. Again builder is non cooperative. And not to forget, so many challenges with the Carmelaram crossing.

They are quoting Rs 1 lakh as the booking amount. Hi all, I visited the site, few things I noticed is 1. High Tension wires will come very near to the project, so will it create any health issue and in resale. 2. Also want to know, except the swimming pool land issue (don't think its a big issue), other things approved by BBMP, including amenities area after the C block?, any one cross verified the blue print of DSR white waters. Please let me know if anyone knows any issues.
Hi, As far as I know high tension wire create many health hazard like cancer etc. So before booking check with a legal expert whether you should go for this project or not.

You can expect good appriciation. This place is having good connectivity to ORR, Whitefield also Electronic City. There are more projects going on around this area. This area will further develop in coming years.
Hey Sunil, thanks dude for providing me all the information. Planning to visit the site this weekend and if everything goes well I will book a property.
I have visited the project site last week, now they are quoting 3650PSF (negotiable). They have started the work and sales person is saying that it will be completed by May2016 with garce period of 3 months. If not done then penalty of Rs3 PSF will be paid. Around this there are few more projects are going on. So seems like this place will further develop in coming years.
I have concern with pool land as that is not shown in approved plan from BBMP. Sales person is saying that this belongs to landowner and there will be no issues.
Can any one else share his view about this project.

few more questions, Have you applied for the loan? and from which branch? Have you done the agreement with DSR or just booking. which block you have booked the flat. when did you book the flat with DSR?
can any one please let me know if they have applied loan from SBI and what is the current progress. DSR marketing manager says that its already approved but its not.
Also i think, it will be better if we create one group who has booked flat in this project so that we discuss about any issue or any thing else relevant. what do you think.
Hi Anurag, I also verified from SBI about approval but it is still pending and it can be expected within a week. I have checked with SBI Branch Manager and Manager spoke with Lawyer in front of me who reviewed the document for this project and he confirmed that all the documents are legal and there is no issue in project. It is good to have common group for DSR White Waters.
Hi Ramesh, Gunjur looks remote now but its well connected to Whitefield, Marathahali and electronic city area. Right now there is no bus on that route but in future, hopefully it will come later on. regarding investment, if builder/price and development (area) scope is there, then you money will grow. since sanjarapura and marathahali is already developed. This area will grow in time. It depends upon the investment duration.
DSR as builder is reliable. construction quality is good. they have started the construction and possession date is may 2014 with grace period of 3 months. i have already done booking there in A block. they are saying that loan approval is in place but i have not applied for loan yet, so cant say about the loan but you can cross check the documents and then decide. you can talk to them, if you dont find documents in place,you can ask to refund your booking amount.

This project is not approved even from 1 bank. there are lot of issues regarding land. Swimming pool land is on excess land and DSR has no document for that. They are saying they will provide that. If you compare the sanction plan and master plan, you can find the deviation which happened just in starting the project. possession date they told me earlier was Dec 15 and with 3 months grace period. Now they are saying it would be May 2016 and then 3 months of grace period.
