Presently the locality is experiencing an overall boom in real estate sector. Property prices have soared to greater heights in and around Ghodbunder Road in last 2 years. The locality got an appreciation of about 3% which indicates that prospects are bright for investment in this locality.

Banks like SBI and HDFC have approved for loans for this project. Yes the project comes under TMC and has all the required approvals from concerned bodies. The project is well connected by both bus and rail mode of transport. Thane station is approx 7 kms and it is easily accessible via Eastern Expressway highway.
Infact it is located in a calm, serene area bound by lush greenery and rich with flora and fauna. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city life and is situated where nature is at its best. Besides good connectivity by way of buses and local trains, one can also take cabs, taxis, autos, 5 seaters from this place to reach other localities.

Got in touch with executive and got to know that the project has 1 & 2 BHK units available for sale as well as for rent. The cost for 1 BHK starts at 60 lakhs onwards including registration and stamp duty charges. They are qouting Rs. 7500 per sqft and this project was launched 2 years back.
Vihang Valley Pearl Group is one of the ongoing projects developed by Vihang Group which is situated in Ghodbunder Road. The project has 4 blocks each of 22 floors lavishly designed in the midst of beauty of the nature. Also heard that the project will be duly completed by Dec 2016 or early Jan 2017.
