How much will be the price of a apartment cost me and what all amenities are provided?

The price of an apartment in this project starts from Rs 90 lakhs on wards. Amenities offers are as follows: Jogging Track & Cycle Track, Well-equipped Gymnasium, Library, Creche, Well-equipped Mini Theatre,Squash Court, Swimming Pool, Basketball Post, Skating Rink etc

I have seen the project and I personally liked it. Shriram Chirping Woods offers 820 apartments with a choice of 1,2,2.5 and 3 bhk, 138 units of villaments with an area of 2850 sqft. It is a G+ 18 floors complex. Shriram Chirping Woods also offers all the modern amenities.

What is the status of the project and approvals? How much is the rate per sqft going on in this project?

The project is expected to get completed by mid of 2017. All the leading banks and BBMP has approved the project. The rate per sqft for apartments is Rs 5500 and for villaments it is Rs 6650.
