Whitefield is a well developed locality with good features and infrastructures. The region incorporates the areas like Vinayaka Layout, Nallurhalli and Gandhipuram. It is enveloped by Vijaynagar, ITPL, Brookefield and Marathahalli.

The region witnessed a great leap in the development and settlement in last one decade. Whitefield is one of the most sought region to dwell in and it is easily accessible from major destinations of the city. The region is connected to various areas Roadways and Metro. The Metro lines are under construction and will have tracks linking Byappanahalli to International Technology Park Ltd–Whitefield (extension of east-west line). The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3400. It is a G+3 floors structure with 72 apartments. For the time being HDFC and Axis ban has approved the project and nationalized bank approvals are under process.
