Hi Jignesh, How can you tell that the builder is good have you booked an apartment in this project? As far as I know this is their first project in Bangalore and till date they have not completed any project.
Provision for Cauvery Water is there but the time of possession there will be Cauvery connection will be there the builder is also providing 11 bore-wells for the water supply in this project. 5 blocks will be there.
Builder is new in real estate industry. They have done two projects namely Gokul Dham and Lotus park earlier in Hyderabad. So I really comment on the construction quality and reputation.
Pranava's BSR Gitaaar has been approved by BBMP, A Khata and banks like SBI, LIC Housing Finance, HDFC and ICICI has approved the project. Rs 2 lakhs is the booking amount.

No I have not booking an property but my brother in law and I visited the site and he is planning to buy an apartment. Presently they are quoting is Rs 4700. Yes they construction has already started and the possession is by end 2015.
