Still Many flats available in this project. currently they are charging 4999 per sft without OC . OC is still in progress.

Carpet area is very less. No dining space and Kitchen is compact. Living room width is only 10 ft so it cannot accommodate 3 seater sofa. Check their floor plan before visiting.

Begur road is soon going to be the hottest property destination for the IT crowd. The average property price recorded in the area was around Rs 3,500 per sq ft, in the Oct-Dec 2013 quarter. There was an impressive increase of 21% since 2011 Oct-Dec quarter

The rate per sqft going is Rs 4300 and the project has been approved by BBMP, A Khata. Banks like ICICI, SBI, HDFC, Axis and LIC Housing Finance has approved the project. There are 180 apartments and 5 block out of which 100 will be 3 bhk apartments and 80 will be 2 bhk's. Moreover all the apartments have generous balconies and are at least 3 size open.

Even I am planning for a site visit this weekend. Prospect Princeton offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments and they have launched the project just one month back. It will take another 3 yrs for the project to get completed. They are charging Rs 3 lakhs as the booking amount.

As far as I know the project is expected to get completed by December 2016 and the price of an apartment starts from Rs 47.50 lakhs on wards.

Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 4450 and the amenities offered in this project are as follows: Swimming Pool, Toddlers Pool, Chess & Carrom, Jogging Track and much more.
