At the time of booking- 10%, With in 30 days- 15%, On start of construction- 15%, On raft foundation- 10%, On casting of basement slab- 7%, On casting of 2nd floor slab- 7%, On casting of 5th floor slab- 7%, On casting of 8 th & 11th floor slab- 7% each, On casting of top floor slab- 5%, Completion of internal plaster work- 5%, At the time of possession- 5%.

Not sure on the day of possession, but i donot think it can be given earlier. Whats the way to contact builder about the delay. Its not a one man task to fight with builder. plz advice

Hello, this is a GDA approved project and the rate is approximate Rs 3700/ sq ft and lets say a 2bhk of 1065 sq ft will cost you approximately Rs 38-40 Lakhs all inclusive..
Hi Anas, this is the phase II of the same project called by same name.... the phase I is ready for possession and they have just launched the second phase having bigger size of 2 bhks and 3 bhks..
Well Anas, the work has just started on the phase II and the possession is scheduled after 3 years... the building plan and layout looks good..builder is also ok . the main USP of this apartments is the storage space that is being provided.. they claim to give more storage space.
Star Rameshwaram is quite nicely located and is just 4km from the proposed mohan nagar metro station and 1.5kms from new Hindon bridge... this is a freehold residential complex on the 6 lane expressway on Delhi-Meerut highway.
The amenities include club, yoga center swimming-pool, parking, cafeteria, 24X7 security, power backup,potable drinking water etc

Glad to share the info Anas !!! i know that central bank, bank of Baroda and Allahabad bank are financing as well as private banks like HDFC,DHFL,Axis, ICICI etc and upto 80% of the amount can be availed.
