Hi all,
Can anybody provide me the project detail? How much is the booking amount of 1BHK?

Hi Alokesh,
Vatika by Ambey Group located at Rajarhat in Kolkata offers 1/2/3 BHK residential apartments. The various sizes of 1BHK is 512, 2BHK in 986 and 3BHK from 1072-1088 sq-ft. The current price is Rs. 3350/sq-ft. It is a G+4 storeys apartment consists 20 units 5 flats in each floor.

The booking amount will be Rs. 1 Lacs for 1/2/3BHK.
