DONT TRUST THIS BUILDER , WORST QUALITY, AND HUGE DEVATION, DOESNT HAVE NECESSARY APPROVALS FOR THE PROJECTS.

Hi Bhaskar, When I inquired about the project, they told me that the project has got approval from BBMP and it is A Khata property.

Everjoy Balaji Enclave will have 56 apartments in Block A and 36 apartments in Block B with a combination of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. It is a B+G+6 floors structure.

Any idea when did they launched the project and what is the status of the project now? How much they are quoting per sqft and also the approvals?

As far as I know the project was launched in 2013 and the estimated possession date of the project is by 2015. The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3500 which is slightly negotiable. It has got approvals from BBMP, A Khata.
