Q: Hey I have been hearing a lot of good stuff about the Jains Tufnell Park in Kochi, is it really 42 lacs for a 2BHK? And it comes with sporting facilities? I have two young kids so I would like to give them some good and healthy past time in the evenings. How luxurious is this place? How is the apartments overall? Give me some details. Thanks
The flat is made as per the Vaastu rules. moreover, this is very near to the infopark actually..Only 10 minutes drive from here. There are some very good facilities like an amphitheatre, play area, swimming pool, a club house, tennis court, badminton court and all the odd basic facilities that you can usually see in a luxury apartment. a nice choice, in my opinion.
oh..is it so..I heard that there will be additional club membership charge also around Rs. 50000/- this will be mandatory. In the total charge, the other charges that are included are VAT, KSEB Charges, KWA Charges, as well as Car Parking charges. Service charge will also be charged for each installments per actual stamp duty, registration, documentation charges will be extra.
Hi, I was enquiring about most of the flats near to Infopark, kochi, for buying a flat there. this project seemed very good to me..Including every thing, a 3 bhk here would cost you maximum 4420620 rupees for the whole flat. The price for 2 bhk was 3567045 rupees in total.
I got to know that the project has approvals from almost all the leading banks. This means that you can easily get loans for the apartment from the leading banks like ICICI banks, LIC housing loans and also HDFC and all.
Yeah...actually, for the information that was provided above, I think there are some additional charges also. maintanance and all, the charge is like car parking 2 lakhs. amenities charge will be around 50000 and 2 lakhs will be service charge.
Actually, the booking process is quite simple here. First, the booking charge is 50000 rupees. within 1 month, you have to give 10% of the total cost. In next 2 months, you have to give 82% of the total. and the rest when you get the occupancy certificate for the flat.
I got some information about the 2 bhk here. they are providing the 2 bhk here for around 1200 square feet, 1186 square feet and 1191 square feet. I think including the charges for maintenance, the price per square feet in the 1st and 2nd blocks is 3195 rupees per square feet.
Oh, yeah...now you know, the project's structure is good. They have two level of car park on the stilts and a 19 floors. I think there are around 1216 flats available in total. For more information about this, you can try calling this number: +91 484 2316111.

Actually, I was enquiring about a 3 bhk apartment in this project. They said that the 3 bhk apartment has an area of around 1476 square feet. The price of these apartments are around 2995 rupees per square feet. but they are also ready to negotiate.
Actually, Khalista which is a project of the Olive builders has 5 towers. Of this 3 towers are actually ready to move in. The work of the 4th tower will finish in December 2015. And the possession will start around february 2016. The 5th tower's work will finish in december 2016.
Hi, I recently contacted the Jain housing which are building the Tuffnell Park in Kakkanad. They said that they are in the construction work. There are 8 blocks in total for this project. Out of this, 2 blocks is going to be ready for possession. These 2 blocks will be completed by March.
Hello there, I am also interested in Tuffnell Park property. Can you tell me about teh price of a 2 bhk here? What is the area here? I also want to know about the booking process here.
hey if you have two kids and a wife, wont you need a 3BHK? If not now, then in the future? That is a question you need to ask yourself. Its 60 lacs onwards for a 3BHK, that is a 50% increase, that’s quite a lot but when your kids grow up you might need a bigger place. Don’t worry about accommodation for guests, the apartments have separate guest rooms for renting. The choice of getting a 3BHK is yours, anyways I think it is a good place for kids, they have many recreational activities for them. Like billiards, table tennis, squash, tennis, badminton, basketball, swimming (they have a kids pool too), and what your kids might enjoy the most is the cricket practicing nets, this is something you don’t easily find in other apartments. They also have a place for arcade and indoor games, so that is something to add to the list too. Overall it is a value for money.
very luxurious apartments, I read that they have specially made pavements for walking, and gardens around the buildings and entrances. The lobby of each building looks good and high class. Facilities: they have a gym, sauna and Jacuzzi (different for ladies and gents), they have a jogging track, aerobics and yoga classes, many health facilities. 42 lacs seem like a good investment here.
yeah it is 42 lacs onwards, it is already available to move in, so you could actually contact the project builders and move in. Most of other such apartment buildings are still under construction, the Tufnell Park in kakkanad opened just a few months ago. Which mean you get first hand apartments, its not priced too high also, I say move fast. It has many facilities, they offer a lot of things compared to apartments.
