The project seems to be good as well as the locality. The area tops the buyers favorite list as it is close to IT hubs.Mahadevpura is close to Whitefield and the rates are more affordable especially compared to areas like Brookfields. The locality offers luxury and upper-mid segment complexes. The upcoming SEZs making the area an independent self-sustaining layout status

Never heard about the builder earlier. Can you please provide me some feed back about the builder? How is Mahadevpura for end use purpose?

The builder is not so well known, till date they have completed two small residential and three commercial projects in Bangalore.

Mahavedpura soars high in all the parameters like infrastructure, distance from work place and proximity to railway and airport, location etc for which home buyers prefer Mahadevpura when buying a home.

Thanks for the information dude. How much they are quoting as the rate per sqft? Which banks and local authority have approved the project?

Saakara Dhaaruni Residence is known to be approved by BBMP, AKhata. ICICI, IDBI, LIC, SBI, Axis, HDFC banks are tied up with this project. The current rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 4650.

Hi Chandrachur, Even I have inquired about the project few days back. Saakara Dhaaruni Residence is a ongoing project by Saakara Associates and the project is expected to get completed by 2015 March. The project comprises of 72 units with a combination of 2, 2.5 and 3 bhk apartments. It is a Ground+4 structure.
