Hey, I think there are some good medical centres here. But, you know, there is a lack of good hospitals here. Even though, there is some good connectivity to good hospitals like Mary Queens hospital, Saint John's Hospital, Nair's Hospital etc.

Actually that was quite some time ago. Now the services are back again, and most people can use these services. Basically the initial construction work was pretty shoddy so they had to keep on doing regular maintenance. So they decided to take a break and fix the problem completely once and for all.

I think one of the main attractions of this area was the ferry service, unfortunately it had to be shut down Actually this ferry service started sometime in 2012 and used to transport hundreds of people from Nettoor and Thevara and was extremely useful. But because of some technical issue, the boat service stopped and residents from Nettoor found it very difficult to commute

Thevara is a tranquil waterfront locality of Kochi which has seen many new real estate projects coming up. There has been a lot of development in this region because of the By-pass road. Theavara has many upcoming projects like the Star Lagoon, Bay Side, Chakolas Bayside, and Meritage Merlot. Most of these projects are waterfront projects which are very beautiful. You can buy apartments from anywhere between Rs. 4000 per sq.ft and Rs. 10000 per sq.ft depending on the view. If you want a sea facing apartment, it will cost you more

This area not only has the Cochin Shipyard, but also has the Naval Airport, Kochi Naval Base, and the Kochi Port Trust. The area is popular because of the By-pass road connects Thevara with other parts of Kochi as well as the Central Business District. This area has many waterfront properties which have been popular. If you want to buy a property in the area, it will cost you between Rs. 4000 and 4500 per sq.ft

Thevara is part of Kochi city, and is in the Central Business District (CBD) of Kochi. It is situated on the waterfront, and is around 3 kilometres from M.G. Road, which is the heart of the city. Thevara is one of the oldest residential localities of Kochi. The Ernakulam Central Bus stand is around 3 kilometres from Thevara, and the airport is around 30 kilometres. You can reach Thevara either by water or by crossing the bridge from Kochi
