Q: I heard about the flyover being planned at the Regal Crossing? Is it true? Should I buy real estate around these areas now or later?

Hey there are 3bhk villas as well, which are priced at Rs. 68 lakhs. Other than these, you could also check out the row houses. These are 3bhks and have a built-up area size of around 1900 square feet, and will cost you Rs 47 lakhs. The project has received approvals from, major banks like HDFC, ICICI, SBI and LIC Housing Finance Ltd. The possession date has been announced as end of next year i.e. December 2015, so you still have some time on hand. If you make the booking early, you might be able to make some negotiations on the price.

Hey, I agree with the above reply. I went through the Times of India website and it states that several measures are being taken to ease traffic at Regal Crossing. The construction of this flyover would definitely be a plus for the people living in the locality, and improve commuting through these roads. I suggest you to invest in a property around this area once the design and plan for the flyover is out.

Hey, what you’ve heard is right. A Flyover is being planned at Regal Crossing to smoothen traffic congestions in the area. The flyover is in talks and soon a design and plan would be out for it. According to an article I read at the Times of India website, the design should be ready in a month. I would advise you to go ahead with your purchase before the flyover is constructed, because a beneficial infrastructural development like this one would definitely result in the prices to increase around Regal Crossing.
