Q: As per our inquiry , we have found that this Vasavi Nivas, is under case in High Court Case Number WP-11352/14 and BBMP had issued the notice and advice to cancel the present approval plan , BBMP Notice Number BBMP /PR No/325/13-14 Dt-22/May/2014
