Yeah..the booking process is quite simple. First of all, there is a booking charge of rs. 1 lakhs here. Then you will have to pay around 20% of the total cost initially, and then you can pay it installment wise. There will also be an additional service tax, maintenace charge, community membership fee as well as registration fee as mandatory charges.

Okay...when I contacted the builders recently, I came to know about the total cost of the 2 bhk duplex flats here at Trinity Mercury. The total cost they are saying, all inclusive except the registration charges is around rs. 50.35 lakhs. for this. I think this is a pretty decent choice.

Recently only, I came to know about the size of the apartment in this community is quite spaceous. The Duplex 2 bhk flats at Trinity Mercury project is around 1368 square feet. Only flats with this area is available here. you can also try other villa projects near to this as there are many in this region.

Hi there...I think that this project offers some good villas and apartments in this gated community. you know, they are mostly providing these type of 2BHK Duplex Flats as well as 2BHK Simplex flats in this project. I think the 2BHK simplex flats are already sold out.

Some of the facilities provided at trinity World mercury apartments include health facilities, 24 hour power backup, intercom, club house, library as well as indoor games. Apart from this, there is pre-configured cable tv in every apartment as well as internet provision in the master bedroom and living room. The intercom system connects between the common area, security and the individual apartments. Full back up for all common pumps, lights and lifts as well as apartments is provided by a generator of upto 500 watts. There will also be provision for a centralized system of gas supply as well as water conservation and treatment. The complex has three automatic lifts for easy up and down movement.

Hello, in lieu with the prices of this Tinity World project in Kakkanad, I would like to give you sme useful informations. The 2 BHK apartments are built on area of 1368 sq ft and priced at Rs.3700 per sq ft such that the final price for sale is Rs. 50.61L. There is also the availability of 3 BHk apartments, which are constructed on area of 1768 sq ft, prices Rs.3700 per sq ft such that the total sale price is Rs. 65.41L and above. There are many amenities provided here, such as swimming pool, play area, library etc.

This is a great project to zero in on and congrats to you for deciding on it. First of all, Trinity World Mercury is one of the newest projects by Trinity Developers and it will be done by 2015. The project is aimed at offering 2 bedroom apartments a lot like duplex apartments, which will form a part of the Trinity World. What you would expect from all Trinity World projects is rich amenities and that is just what you will find here too. The biggest eyecatcher of the complex though, is its magnificent atrium in the centre.

Hello. I have a friend who is involved in the development of this project Trinity World Mercury at Kakkanad in Kochi city. From what he says, it is an apartment complex of 1 block with 23 floors, where about 500 to 1000 units of 2 or 3 BHk are spread over an area of 1368 to 1768 sq ft. The prices for these apartments range between 50.61L and 65.41L. The builders behind this project are Trinity Developers and it is expected to be completed and open for possession by December 2015.
