Can you have any possession updates? Which local body has sanctined this project and which all are the home loan provider banks?

Privie Salena is a PMC approved project and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are offering home loan.
It is expected that the possession date will be may'2017.

Privie Selena is a pre launch project by Kumar Properties. This project is strategically located at baner pashan link road, Pune. Also very close to a famous landmark which is Symantec. These 2 towers will consist of 2 flats per floor that includes 4 BHK luxury homes in 3000 sq-ft with 2 master bedrooms and one private elevator entrance for each home. The current price is Rs. 7800/sq-ft.
