Is Investing in Crimson Dawn a Good Idea?

Q: Hello people! What do you think of the apartments at Crimson Dawn in Avinashi road. My colleagues and I were talking about investing in Avinashi road, and someone brought up about this property. Is it a good place to invest my money in?

This is one of the best well kept and maintained property on Avanashi Road. Did a lot of research and analysis before I got a 4 bedroom here. I recommend anyone looking that the premium you pay here is worth the price

Hey if you are planning to go for a 4 BHk, then I would suggest you look compare Crimson Dawn with other properties in and around the area, you will get similar 4 bhks in similar gated communities for 10-20 lakhs lesser, by just compromising on like 100 sqft or something. Actually, even 3 BHKs for that matter, you can easily get for like 1.5 crores and all, here I think you will spend 1.3 crores on 3 BHK. I’m not saying it’s not worth it, but if you get a similar one by spending 10-15 lakhs less, then you should at least compare.

Hey Crimson Dawn is good man. Pretty big gated community, 4 blocks, many amenities like library, health facilities, temple in the premises, clubhouse, gym, pool, sports court like basketball, badminton, tennis, etc. It has most of the amenities as good gated community has. Their per sqft price is 5,900 rs. Try bargaining, they’ll reduce. Builder definitely has few flats, but if you buy a resale one, you might get a furnished one in a good price, so according to me if it fits your budget, it is a good community living, good future benefits also because Avinashi road is a nice locality.

Oh I totally understand, that is like a big problem no. Too many options, so much problem in choosing the best one. I’ll tell you one way to avoid little confusion is before you go see 101 properties, note down what your budget is, how much you can extend, you want big gated community or small, what all amenities you want, which locality and neighborhood. These will help at least a little bit.

Yea, ofcourse good place if your budget is higher. Because, this is not brand new property. The builders sold the apartments by 2011 itself. So, most of the for sale apartments now are sold by individual owners, may be only few by builder, I’m not completely sure. Actually, Avinashi road has too many options in the same range, so it gets a little confusing to give you a simple yes or no answer, you know.
