But, if you look at other unit types, Saffron buds will look like a better option because the apartments are bigger in area there. Especially if you look at 3 bhk units, Royal skyline people are selling apartments of area 1619-1874 for around 65-75 lacs, which is way higher than what Saffron Bud is offering for. Honestly amenities wise, Skyline has nothing extraordinary either, the usual stuff like Saffron buds only. So, i’d say personally go visit and then you will be able to compare better.
