After the metro and the signal free corridor is operational it will also help to boost the real estate market in Mysore Road. It is a very good idea if you are planning to buy property in Mysore road. As far as I know you can get good returns in future as it is an ideal location for families to settle down and also offers great connectivity to all parts of Bangalore. Residential apartments are quiet famous here, It is good for both long term investments as well as enduse purpose.
