The project is expected to get completed by this year and the price of the apartment starts from Rs 64 lakhs on wards.

If you are planning to book an apartment in this project, it is always suggested that 1st you have ask them proper concerned questions and take a photo copy or scanned copy of document and go to the legal team. As far as I know the project has been approved by BBMP and the possession is by 2015. The project offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments with size ranging from 1090 sqft to 1650 sqft.
