Hi Sekhar, so far it is a smooth relationship with the builder. I am happy with the progress and the quality of the work. It is going as per the schedule. The project would be completed by Dec 2014 as per the agreement. The only downside i am seeing with the builder is, they were not ready or flexible with the alterations which we suggest. Again this is not 100% omissions, they are accepting the minor changes but not like lofts, shelfs etc.

The possession will be by 2015. Haralur road is well connected to all shopping malls, schools, main road, hospital and offices. It is center to all major places like HSR layout, Electronic city, Sarjapur road and Silk board. Investing in this area can be fruitful but the only problem is that the roads are very narrow.
