How much loan I can avail from bank and how far is the project from Electronic City?

You can available upto 90% home loan from the financial institutions which have approved the project. The project is just 15 minutes drive from Electronic City.

The project is located at Electronic City near Chandapura in Attibele Anekal Road. The USP ( Unique selling point) of this project are primary school, health center is there, commercial complex with convenience store, rain water harvesting, 70% open space and basic amenities are there.

How many number of flats, floors will be there in Phase II? What number of apartments will be there per floor?

Phase II will have 648 apartments, 10 towers ( G+8 floors ) and 8 flats per floor ( 3 side ventilation )

Phase I will have 480 units all 1 bhk's and 300 plus families are staying there. Its a good project.

Thanks Dilip, When was the project launched? Has the project got all the necessary approvals? How much work has got completed till now?

The project was launched in the month of August 2013, and the project has got approvals from BMRDA and 17 leading banks. 60% of the work has been completed. :)

Hello Girish, As per my knowledge the booking amount is Rs 30,000 only. The expected possession is by another 12 months and the rate per sqft going on is Rs 2400.
