As far as I know only ICICI bank has approved the project. The project offers amenities such as Landscape Garden, Open Amphitheater, Maze Garden, Steam and Sauna, Skating Post, Water Cascade, Senior Citizen's Park and Meditation Room
Currently the rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 5000. I do not think they will negotiate but they are giving Rs 200 off per sqft for limited offer.

Yeah you are right the project is in pre launch but there is no information as when they are planning to launch the project. It seems they are going to take around 3 years from the date of construction.
