I had a bought a house 3 years ago. The complex was undergoing construction when i bought it. Everything was going good...the amenities that were being provided sounded promising...The builder has told us that the flat would be ready to shift in by June 2010 but due to some legal issue, the construction of the site was stopped. My and family had to wait till septmenber 2011 to shift in...only after the issue got resolved. Today, my family is comfortable but make sure you get all the documents before buying the property so the same does not happen to you.

hey there. while all the above documents are needed, there are a few other crucial things that need to be taken into consideration. for example, if your builder has has taken a loan to build the property, you should get a tripartite agreement which will be a document between the builder, bank and you regarding the necessity finances. This will help if you face any promblems in the future. also, ensure you get a completion certificate from the builder so that there are no hiccups when it comes to the date of your moving. Hope this was of any help to you.

There are a few documents that you will need to acquire. You need a sale deed, posession certificate, parking space letter. Also make sure you ask for the power backup details and a full payment breakup showing that you have no dues. Not sure if this is all you need but thats as much as i know regarding this matter. I have no idea about the sbi approval but it would be a goog idea to as the builder :)
