Q:Hey everybody, I am just about to purchase a new apartment in Pumarth Meadows which is under construction and will be completed soon. Please advice me what are the documents that i need from the builder and if i can get an approval from sbi bank or corporation bank?
Latest Answer: Hello mate. I just purchased a flat here, I had no ideas about these documents but thanks to this thread i do now. Will make sure i ask the builder for all the required papers. Ill keep you posted about the details. And about the bank approvals, is no corp. bank affliation but sbi is available. You can check onliine on their site. Anyways, hope you purchase the flat, future neghbour. Haha. cheers :)
