How many have fallen in this trap of no Pre Emi till possession. And are they paying back your EMIs ?

The project is known to be approved by BMRDA and they are about to get approvals from six banks which are under process. The project will take around two years to get completed.

They are quoting Rs 2590 per sqft and the project will have 90 units and all 2 bedroom apartments only. There will be two building and both will have G+9 floors. The builder is going to provide Garde A specifications for this project.l

@Rameshwari, As far as I know Vivansaa Aurigaa offers 2 and 2.5 bhk apartments. Can anyone clarify?

Hey Hardik, You are right the project offers 2 and 2.5 bhk apartments with size ranging from 975 sqft to 1285 sqft. You just have to pay Rs 4 lakhs to book an apartment. The price of the apartment starts from Rs 29 lakhs on wards.
