The area of units ranges from 1160 sqft to 3510 sqft and the price of units here starts from Rs 52.3 lakhs on wards.

Electronic City Phase I or Phase II which will be a good option for investment purpose?

If you are looking for a short term invest I would advice you invest in EC Phase I as the area is already developed. But if you are looking for a long term investment you can consider EC Phase 2 as this area will take time for development and till now no reputed builders have come up with their project. EC Phase II is getting developed slowly and the real estate is also booming. Once the proposed PRR gets functional you can expect a good return from Phase II.
