TG Aspire apartment project in Bannerghatta Road

Q: The project was launched few months ago, Any one any idea what is the current status of the project? How much are they charging for booking a flat?

I heard that Bannerghatta Road is seeing upward trend in property prices. What is the main reason?

The reason behind rise in property prices in Bannerghatta Road are as following: a) Good connectivity: The connectivity from South to East has improved a lot. BMTC is also offering bus services with connects important parts of the city.

b) Job Market: The job market in this area has grown a lot especially in and around areas of JP Nagar.

c) Greenery and fresh air: Most home buyers prefer to stay in a locality which has lot of greenery, because of this end users are getting attracting to this locality.

I am planning to book an apartment in this project but bit confused with the builder track record. How many apartments will be there in this project? Has the builder completed any project before?

Till date the builder has completed projects like TG Aabhushan, T G Solitaire and S V Arcade. There is not much information available about the builder over internet. The project will have a total of 48 units out of which only 23 units are available for sale.

Thanks Bala for the updated information. Has the project got approval from BBMP? Can I avail home loan from Axis bank for this project?

Yes the project has got approvals from BBMP and banks like SBI and Corporation. I think you can also avail home loan from any other banks as well.

Yes the project was launched on August 2014 and they are going to start the construction work from tomorrow. Rs 1 lac is what they are asking as the booking amount.

If at all they are starting with the construction work tomorrow by when thwy are planning to give the possession. What is the rate per sqft they are quoting?

They are telling that they will give the possession by December 2016. The current rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 3450
