As per my knowledge, the flexi payment plan of this project is very simple.
At the time of Booking- 10% of total sale price,
Monthly for months1 to 30 - 3% of total sale price per month,
On offer of Possession- Other Charges & deposits.

This Integrated Township project by Sare Homes ,got approval from Ghaziabad Developemnt Authority . Banks providing loan to this project are ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Andhra Bank , DHFL & State Bank Of India.

This is FDI Funded Project and the company has hired architect C P Kukreja for designing the project. The facility management company Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has been appointed to manage the project. This project has many modern high tech features & world class amenities. This affordable housing project created some noise in Ghaziabad Real estate Market.
