Q: Hi there, I am searching for a property in Manikonda. Some or other problems in all the properties that i search in. Now, I came upon an apartment project called Green Space Apartments and it has attracted me. I would like to get more info on this apartment.

U might wanna know the price of the apartments here. First of all, the per square feet price of the apartment is Rs. 2600 per square feet for both the 2 bhk and 3 bhk. The area of the 2 bhk ranges from 1150 square feet to 1230 square feet. For 3 bhk it is starting from 1345 square feet to 1850 square feet. i heard that they are charging around 3 lakh rupees as extra for the facilities.

Hey, this apartment project is one of the ongoing projects of the builders called Green Space Housing and Engineering Private Limited. I heard that this will be available for possession by March 2015. I think, initially, they are providing only 2 bhk and 3 bhk apartments only.
