Q: Hello guys, I am searching for an apartment in Maradu that is coming up in the near future and I have come across the Confident Avior in Maradu. Is this project good? Can anybody give me details on it?

Yes, on top of that...the locality around is very good! And with the Maradu water treatment plant starting soon, the problem of water will also be solved. I think buying a house here now is a good idea. We may expect returns on it too in the fuuture.

Wow!! Thats seems good! They are offering quite a few facilities and there is no need to go out of the building with health facilities and social amenities and all being provided inside the building only. I guess i will look into this apartments.

Hey the Confident Avior project is under construction now and it is expected to finish sometime by the end of next year. This is a very big project started by the Confident group of developers. it is spread on over 9 acres of land and has many units for sale.

I have heard about this project too!! they are offering us many facilities like a basket bal court, a gym, clinics, super market, saloons, a jogging track and a play area for kids, swimming pools and guests suites... all inside the building.
