Latest Answer: Yes, on top of that...the locality around is very good! And with the Maradu water treatment plant starting soon, the problem of water will also be solved. I think buying a house here now is a good idea. We may expect returns on it too in the fuuture.

Latest Answer: Yes the place around Sobha Hi tech city is also good. It has many good schools like Chambakkara School, Gregorian Public school, St Maria Goretti school and quite a few hospitals like Mary Queen Hospital, Lakeshore hospital and Cherian memorial.
