Q:Hello guys, I am searching for an apartment in Maradu that is coming up in the near future and I have come across the Confident Avior in Maradu. Is this project good? Can anybody give me details on it?
Latest Answer: Yes, on top of that...the locality around is very good! And with the Maradu water treatment plant starting soon, the problem of water will also be solved. I think buying a house here now is a good idea. We may expect returns on it too in the fuuture.
