I really like the amenities being offered in this project, I mean of course all the basic things like garden swimming pool, etc are there. There is also a nice gym and a separate jogging track. Oh and I forgot to mention the 24 hour power backup and the intense security systems.

Yeah I know, it is a bit on the higher side. Both the types of villas are priced at above 1 crore rupees. The smaller 3bhk villas will cost you around Rs 1.04 crores, while the bigger 4bhk ones will cost you something around Rs 1.62 crores.

The good thing is that the square foot price of these villas is the same. Although its very high I feel. Its Rs 5800 which is way higher than the average square foot price rate of this place. But since its a villa and that too a high profile project, so I guess that explains the high pricing.

So I see someone already told you that these are 3bhk and 4bhk villas. Let me give you some area detail regarding them both types. The smaller ie the 3 bhk ones are available in the 1800 square feet built-up area size, and the bigger 4 bhk villas are available in the 2800 square feet built-up area size.

The villas are still undergoing construction, and will be available for possession from the end of next year. So make plans accordingly. Are you sure that you can wait for another year for the family house? Then yes, its worth it. The booking period is on, so you can book your choice of villa now.

Yeah the builders are Platinum Superstructures pvt ltd, who already have lots of projects in Kochi, like the Platinum Tower and the Platinum Heights, both in Kakkanad, the Platinum Pearl and Coral in Edapally, Platinum Crown in Thrikkakara, and Platinum Pride and Platinum Vista both in Kaloor.

Ok so the project that you have selected for your family home is basically a villa project. But actually its a good move because nowadays villas are getting more popular than apartments. These are all 3 and 4 bhk villas, and there are less than 100 units available under the project.
