There are a number of good schools around the project. Some of these include Cardinal High School, Naipunnya Public School, and Cochin Public School. The area around the project also has major hospitals in the area that include Aditya Eye Hospital, Lordtip Medical Centre, and Esi Dispensary.

The villas have ample parking space and are set in two floors. The ground floor has a bedroom with attached toilet and a separate living and dining area, and a kitchen with a dedicated washing area. Two bedrooms on the first floor with a living space and one more bedroom on the top floor again with some space for living area.

The villas are available only in forms of 4 bhk and the surface area that the villas cover is also quite decent somewhere around 3,500 sq ft. I am guessing it should be spacious enough to accomodate at least a family of four to five.

The builders have put up around less than a hundred units for sale and the villas have been priced at Rs. 2.62 crores. Well, you can look for other apartments in the area if you think you are paying more than what is needed.

hi, I am guessing that the villas you all are talking about are still under construction and the project is being constructed on over 4 acres of land in Thrikkakara. The possession dates are out for February, 2016. All the best if you are booking a villa in the community.

Hey, are you aware about the facilities that the builders have to offer with the apartments. Some of these include a garden area, 24 hour backup, maintenance staff, security personnel, a clubhouse, a community hall, indoor games, and a play area for kids.
