Beware of this builder! I had booked a villa as part of a project of the same name in Kalady near Sankara College. All promises of common amenities have been broken. 9 years after booking the property, I am left with a house accompanied by several ruins in a huge plot of barren land where I cannot even imagine moving in with my family! No STP, no gym, not even other completed houses!

There are around twenty schools within three kilometer range from the residential project and the project is also located in close proximity to many good hospitals around the area. Some of these include Eurokids international pre-school, and Academy of Fashoin and designing, Silverline Hospital, and Indira Gandhi Cooperative Hospital.

The project is being undertaken by the Countrywide builders. They have some 2 ongoing projects in Kochi and have still not completed any of their residential projects. They are constructing both apartment and villa projects in Panampally Nagar area of Kochi.

the apartments have on offer only 1 and 2 bhk flats in the building that you will easily get for around Rs 3200 per square feet price, because most of the other apartments in the area have the same cost price.

Hey, some of the basic facilities provided by the apartment buildings include some facilities for the community as a whole including a garden, security personnel, and a play area for children. These are just some basic facilities that you will get in any other apartment as well.

I am pretty sure the property you are talking about is still under construction and only under a hundred units have been put up for sale by the builders.
