There are a lot of good schools located in vicinity to the project. Major hospitals in the area are also close to the location of the project. Some of them include L.P. School, Mahatma Gandhi Public School, MGP School, St. Mary's High School, Trident Dental Clinic, and Karuna Hospital are the nearest to the project.

Floor plans of the apartments have been released and the apartment looks decent for the price they are being offered at. A separate living cum dining area with an attached balcony, a kitchen with a dedicated washing area, and bedrooms are spacious with attached toilets.

the apartments building is around 7 floors and the number of units that have been put up for sale are less than hundred so, if you are genuinely interested in getting the apartment then I would suggest that you get in touch with the builders.

Hey, the surface area of the flats is around 871 sq ft to 876 sq ft for a 2 bhk and the 3 bhk is available with a carpet area of 1250 sq ft. Please confirm whether the mentioned surface area is the super built up area of the flat or the carpet area, because if it is a super built up area of the flat then the original carpet area will differ in size.

The apartments are available at a starting price range of Rs. 23 lakhs and it goes up to Rs. 33 lakhs, depending upon the type of apartment you choose from. Oh yes, and the apartments are avaialble in smaller and bigger sizes too.

Hi, The project being talked about is still under construction and it has less than a hundred units for sale in 2 and 3 bhk types. I am not sure whether the dates of posession have come out or not.
