There are a lot of good schools located in the vicinity to the project. Some of these schools include Indian School off Commerce, Rajagiri Christu Jayanti College, Bhavan's Adarsha Vidyalaya, St. Mary's LPS, German Metropolitan Inter College, and Government UP School.

T-Cube builders are real estate company that is building the property and I think that they have already completed a residential project already in Kochi. They are currently working on this one and another project in Irumpanam. I am not sure about the quality of their work though.

Hi, the starting price range of the flats is somewhere around Rs. 27 lakhs and it goes up to Rs. 38 lakhs, If you are looking for a 2 bhk you will get it within Rs. 28.50 lakhs, these look like some affordable prices.

I was checking out the floor plans online and these look good enough for a bachelor. Three bedrooms with attached toilets and 2 balconies. A common drawing/ dining areaand a kitchenette with a dedicated washing area. The rooms are not so spacious but are good enough for one person.

Well, the 2 bhk is available in two different sizes to suit your needs. The smaller of the two 2 bhks is around 900 sq ft and the size area for the bigger 2 bhk apartment is close to 950 sq ft. The size of the 3 bhk is around 1275 sq ft.

The apartments are to be constructed on the land surface area of about 0.32 acres of land in irumpanam. There is going to be atleast 7 floors in the building. These are ecomony flats that will fit in your budget.
