The CREDAI chief for the Indore area has also spojen about it and has said that the frequently increasing rates make it difficult for colonizers to fix the rates. Earlier, we have challenged the guidelines rate and we have asked the authorities to finalize genuine rates across the city that is justifiable for customers and colonizers as well
That is not all actually. The outside area which are newly included in the district administration's limites will also get their prices increased for sure. I heard that the rates will be increased by anywhere between 5 % to 20 %.
Despite the fall the real estate has actuallt done some good business over the couple years. So basically I think the prices will be increased in the super corridor, AB Bypass road and other such key and prominent localities in Indore will see the prices hiked.
So a district administration official named Pramod Dwivedi has said that the rates will most likey stay the same around most of the areas and that builders do not have to worry. He said that are particularly in the central and old parts of the city, prices will be more or less the same.
You know the builders from the locales here are not at all convinced with this move even they say that the business will only decrease and they are out blaming the corporation full on for this apparently "short sighted decision"
But don't they know that the real estate market in this area is too sluggish and has not even showed good signs of picking up after the fall a couple years ago. I think this would mess up a lot more investments in the future.
Hi. The Indore district administration has been decide to increase the property guidance guidelines in the city as a total of 29 new villages have been added into its jurisdiction. Supposedly the corporation found the need for such a thing and anre now working on it.
