Despite of clear instructions by the IG stamp and registration to explain the reason for hiking and reducing the values of particular areas, the administration failed to do so. Now, even after the SDO of Indore Rajneesh Kasera had repeatedly asked the registrar office to mention the reason as well, but the office did not heed the matter.
Exactly, I am of the opinion that this is a very serious issue. The issue of reducing the value of green belt areas has become a matter of resentment for the farmers. Out of 1000 complaints, 500 were against reducing the value of green belt.
Yeah...that's true. Most the complaints were related to the discrepancies in the proposed the guidelines. People and advocates have submitted evidences for these as well. There is no change in the guideline for the posh colonies and its nearby slum areas in various parts of the city.
You know, over 200 people from different section of the society, including CREDAI, came forward to lodge complaints against the proposed guidelines at the registrar office. There are more than one reason for this, I guess.
I think that the new proposed guidelines have got some 1000s of complaints by now itself. The main thing is that the proposed guideline for the green belt land is widely opposed.
