Yeah, there are a lot of good institues in the city as of now, and they are allnational level institutes. And with IIMM, i think Indore will only get better.
Oh there are so many good institution in Indore already. There are around 65 b-schools in Indore including Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore. And last year, Symbiosis laid foundation stone of its campus in Indore and last month Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) followed them.
the IIMM, which is the national apex body representing a wide spectrum of professionals engaged in various facets of Material Management, responsible for planning, sourcing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, seeks support from DAVV for programmes in skill development and supply chain management.
Yeah, the DAVV wants them to re submit the proposal by attaching all pre-requisite documents and clearly mentioning what kind of support IIMM is expecting from DAVV
But I have heard different things... The DAVV registrar has apparently returned the proposal submitted by Dr A Desai and S Tare on the behalf the institution as it lacked necessary certificates and syllabus of the courses the institute wants to start.
The institute submitted a proposal in Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) on Wednesday seeking its support in starting two of its programmes in Indore and also sought permission to open a research centre in materials management in Indore.
Yes yes, the Indian Institute of Materials Management (IIMM) which already has nearly 45 branches and 18 chapters across the country, is looking forward to open its branch in Indore in the future.
