Has the project been approved and obtained completion certificate
Q: Hi All,
we are looking to buy an apartment here in the F block but want to know about the builder and is it approved and obtained CC. Marketing manager says that they will complete by jan 2016. can you guys give some feedback please based on which we will decide.

Q: Hey guys, any update on Le Solitairian City project? I heard possession of this project will be late ! Provide some details about project approval & possession. I am planning to invest here.

Latest Answer: Yes, construction is hugely delayed by builder. Builder is giving great problem, buyers are suffering. Due to this I want to sell my 1bhk at booking price of ₹3104 in aug. 2013. Till March 2017 only 8 floor structure is raised out of 28 floor building and possession date is Dec. 2018. Work is very very slow. The above reviews by zuned are certainly misleading.

Latest Answer: Hi Vinu, Down Payment Plan of this project is like, At the time of booking- 15% of total cost, With in 30Days of booking- 80% of total cost, At the time of possession - 5% of total cost.
