Issue that usually arise with builders are:-1. govt. land acquired without permission or after paying some bribe.2. any litigation because of ownerhsip.3. kharab land being used for construction.4. lake encroachment.Are any of the above mentioned issues there in the land or not?
Latest Answer: This project is an absolute disaster waiting to happen. 80 p.c. of this project is built on a lake bed (we know it for sure, as me & my friends from a nearby construction have ourselves seen them filling up the lake there, closing it completely and bringing up the structure). You can check with the locals there about the presence of a lake there, who will testify to it (not sure how many locals are still living there, as many would have moved out).
