Now the project is in no light because all of its features they highlighted has been removed. Project is reduced to 25 Acre and even after 1.5 year of its launched they do have land paper on their name and the project plan finalized.

The NDA government has planned to develop 100 smart cities in India. With Delhi being the first smart city to be constructed in line with modern technologies, the announcement will help the real estate market in Delhi NCR. There are several residential and commercial projects being under-construction in Delhi NCR that will boost the infrastructure development here. As per my knowledge, here in this project if you will do investment, then you will get very handsome return. In studio apartment, builder is assuring 12% rental per annum. Builder quoted price for studio apartment is around 4999/sq-ft. And for 1BHK & 2BHK apartment, price is around 3428/sq-ft. This project is currently in soft launch stage.

Being located in a prime location , this project has easy access to other parts of the city as well major hubs by city transport & metro. This project is situated very close to IT hub , Gautam budh university & Night safari. It is an ideal development for both investment & end use. Organic Smart City is one of the well known residential developments in Yamuna Expressway, neighborhood of Greater Noida. It is among the progressing projects of Airwil Group. It has luxurious yet keenly planned habitations in 6 Blocks. This project offers 1BHK & 2 BHK apartment, area ranging from 500 sq-ft to 700 sq-ft. This project also has fully furnished studio apartment of 390 sq-ft. It is expected that project will launch in next week & possession of this project is around 2017 December.

According as far as anyone is concerned , this is a fully licensed project . GNIDA has approved this project. This project is coming under government smart city program. So govt has approved this project as smart city project. Many government & private banks are funding this project . For example HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank & DHFL are approving loan .
