Q:I booked flat in Vihang Valley ph 3 , in 2011 but still work is not progressed as promised at all. I would liike to creat group of owners in that building so that we can go to consumer court and somewhere.

Is the project located off Ghodbunder Road? If it is in GB Road, will must offer excellent connectivity to the western and central suburbs of Mumbai. As we all know that Thane has grown rapidly in recent years and is now a self-contained metropolis.
